Tunnel Drive Trail is a unique hiking and biking path that follows the original railroad bed carved into the cliffs above the Arkansas River gorge west of Cañon City. The trail passes through three historic hand-drilled tunnels and features spectacular views down into the gorge. This moderate 2.5-mile one-way trail is a local favorite for sunset hikes and mountain biking. Free to access, with parking at the western trailhead off US-50.
